Measuring

All collars are made to measure so make sure you enter the correct size. In order to find the size that will fit your pet, measure around your pet's neck with string or a flexible tape measure at the point where the collar fits naturally. The measurement should fit comfortably loose so that you can fit 2 fingers under the collar as otherwise it could restrict breathing and generally cause discomfort.

Returns are accepted please email us first to request this and P&P is to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

The Item/s can be refunded of exchanged.
